How to make a booking?

You have to make an initial payment of RM 1,000 for Double Storey Terrace and RM 5,000 for a Double Storey Bungalow. This can be in the form of a cheque, credit card or cash.

The developer will bear all cost pertaining the SPA, but you have to bear the cost of any charges in obtaining the bank loan, including the legal fees. Most banks offer to finance their legal fees and some will bear all legal fees costs but you will have to accept a slightly higher interest fee.

Please prepare a copy of your identification card i/c and all proof of your income and pass it to the sales person who will pass it to the bank of your choice.

Let say you have managed to secure a loan of 95% the remaining 5% (differential sum of loan amount). need to be paid to the developer in 1 month time.

We do offer up to 100% loan for those eligible with our selected panel of banks and options to pay your monthly charges after completion of the properties. Current interest rates are very attractive but not for long.... there's a lot of gossip in the market saying that there will be a increase of interest rates offered by banks by next year.
