Rimbun Buy & Move In - news update

Hi, Rimbun is 99% completed and is available for sale. All you need to do is choose the house that you like at site, pay the booking fee, arrange for loan, and by April you could move in*.

We are launching our single storey houses under a new phase in June, please send your queries to shahzeli@gmail.com to register as possible buyer. The house size is 900 sq ft. 20' x 70' from RM 175K. Most likely the design is similar to current embun single storey. Total units 109 lots.

Limited edition Jentayu Bungalow due for launching in March, based on latest rumours this has been postponed to undefinate date. However we are informed that the built-up for these between 2500 sq ft to 2800 sq ft. The 2500 sq ft is a single storey bungalow whilst the 2800 sq ft is the double storey unit.
